Welcome!!!

So... this is the first day that I am posting a lil' something-something here.  At this very second, there isn't a whole lot that I'm going to suggest as a tip or anything because we're simply showing that we now exist on this site. Rad, huh!!! (The word "rad" was a clue for anyone wanting to figure out who is the author).  In the future, the hope and the intent is to educate as well as entertain with this blog.  If I have to be too serious, this won't be fun.  I have to plug in some fun stuff or else:  ZZZZZZZZZZZ.....boring.  No thanks.  So, as a friendly disclaimer and warning, should I write about something that isn't of your liking, writing style, sense of humor, or if you simply think the advice I post here is stupid...sorry.  I'll be posting various recipes, workout routine ideas, tricks to get your body to do what you want it to, maybe a story from the gym, and from time to time just randomness.  If you like it, please let me know.  If not, don't tell me.  Anyway, I hope you enjoy this and share it with your friends!  YAY GOLD'S GYM!!!
